Tip 10 -
Cross Training
Though you have probably found
running/walking/wheeling enjoyable, you will remember we
have encourage you to take part in other activities to help
develop fitness. Athletes call this "cross training" which
can include swimming, cycling, soccer or jumping rope. Have
you been cross-training in this program?
