Tip 11 -
Fluids
Your body is made up of 70% water. When
you exercise your body produces sweat which evaporates on
your skin and cools your body. It is important that you
renew your body's fluids while you are exercising to avoid
becoming dehydrated. This means drinking plenty of water. Do
not wait until you are thirsty to starting drinking water.
