Tip 12 -
Taking Care Of Your Feet
Everyone's feet are very important. That
means yours too! They keep you on target with your
walk/run/wheel goals. Wear soft, clean socks to keep your
feet dry and prevent blisters. Wear tennis shoes to support
the many bones and ligaments of your feet that make your
feet so good at moving you around!
Quiz time! What other sports
require an athlete to take extra special care of their feet?
What kind of shoes do they wear? How are they different and
why do you think their footwear is made that way?
