When
Should I do my activities?
Anytime! you
can run, walk, wheel, before school, at recess, at
lunchtime, after school, on holidays.....just about anytime.
Anytime that you are not required to be doing something
else, you can do any activity to help build up your miles
and minutes to reach you goals.
Remember these tips:
~ Run only in the daylight if you are running
outdoors.
~ Walking after meals is recommended. Walking is a gentle
action that helps your body digest its food. Running after
big meals is not recommended as your body needs to digest
the food and carry energy to your muscles. Running
after a big meal could be uncomfortable.

(including miles only through May 1)

– AWARD WINNERS WILL BE DRAWN!
(4 $500 awards for BSFK and 3 $500 awards for Fit Kids Day)
