You know that working hard is important
to improving fitness. But,
did you know that rest is also important for
your body and mind to stay energetic. Different kinds of
activities help keep you motivated and feeling good. When
you feel very tired, switch to a light workout or even take
a couple of days off. A little R & R = Rest and Relaxation
