What Does Fitness Mean?
Fitness is a way to describe how well your
body can adjust to the demands that you put on it. Your body
is an amazing machine, the more you use it the better it
works. Your entire body will just keep getting stronger to
serve you better.
There are five areas of fitness:
1. Flexibility - the range of movement in your joints.
2. Endurance - your ability to work hard over a long period.
3. Strength - the strength of your muscles to carry out
physical tasks, such as moving heavy objects.
4. Speed - your ability to move very quickly.
5. Coordination - how you put movements together. |
