Big Sky Fit Kids 2009 Survey
Thank you for participating in the Big Sky Fit Kids program this year. We hope
that you found the experience worthwhile and enjoyable. We'd like to continue
BSFK for may years to come. To that end, we are asking for your advice on how
best to improve the program next year. Please take about 10 - 15 minutes to
answer the following questions. Your opinions will be very important for us in
our planning efforts. All of your responses are confidential and will be
reported in group form only. Information will be used internally by the Big Sky
State Games to make decisions about future programs.
