Entry fee is FREE and includes nutrition and activity
tips weekly (via e-mail), a large team activity wall chart to track
miles, personal log sheet for team members, and a a listing of
nutrition and activity resources.

Team Captains will receive a confirmation letter and
the official Team Activity Tracking wall chart upon arrival of of a
completed team entry form. (online or mail-in)

MARCH 1, APRIL 1, AND MAY 1 .

(including miles only through May 1)

MAY 12, 2008 – AWARD WINNERS WILL BE DRAWN!
(3 $500 awards for BSFK and 3 $500 awards for BSFK
GTDD)
